Pony Days
At Friends Lane Riding School we offer 2 hour pony sessions for children from 4 to 16. Meet the ponies, groom, muck out and enjoy 2 hours in the countryside with the horses, pigs, sheep and chickens down at Friends Lane Riding School.
Have fun with the Ponies at Friends Lane, working with our qualified and experienced staff. to get an idea of what goes on in taking care of the most important part of Friends Lane – our Horses and Ponies.
Pony Days (during school holidays)*
Arrive at Friends Lane for your pony session. You will be riding a pony; you will also learn how to groom and tack up a pony; learn horse care; mucking out and feeding the pigs and sheep. Children will be placed into groups of age and ability from beginners to experienced for their pony session.
What will you need:
• Snacks and drinks
• Sun cream & Sun Hat or Rain Coat (dependant on weather)
• Wellies (boots can be provided by us)
• Long Trousers and gloves
• And of course a smile on your face!
Pony Day Prices
£46.00 per child (Children 4 to 16 years) for a 2 hour Pony Day Experience – 12 – 2pm or 2 – 4pm
